Tserkezos Efstratios is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Piraeus with a degree in Quantitative Finance and holds an MSc from the School of Applied Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the National Technical University of Athens with a degree in “Mathematical Standardization” in New Technological Standardization. He has been a collaborator of the Hellenic Econometric Institute with his main contribution to the development of a macroeconomic econometric model of the Greek Economy and has implemented a series of works on Nonlinear Modeling and the use of Nonlinear Models.
Has specialized experience and know-how in the use of a series of software related to the process of econometric analysis and modeling (R studio, RATS, E-views, Stata, SPSS, Matlab) which has utilized in the process of analysis of various types of thematic data (secondary and field research), progress assessment and forecasting of implementation of development programs and projects, econometric analyzes, financial forecasts, feasibility studies and evaluations and evaluation of results.
Has more than 10 years of experience in the implementation of Support Consultant projects in matters of project management funded by GRNET, and significant experience in managing, controlling and evaluating co-financed programs and interventions, including ICT actions, utilizing his expertise in the use of econometric technical and qualitative data analysis.
